This past Saturday Night, the stars of the World Wrestling Coalition presented their annual Halloween special, Rest in Peace 2009 to the fans of Aberdeen, OH at the Municipal Building. Here is a look at what when down…

The night kicked off right away as “Re-Enforcer” Devlin Anderson started the night off with a dominating win over new comer Ultra Mega Masked Homicide. Anderson added another victory to his new single career and stepped up another rung on the ladder in the WWC.

Will Profit hit the ring next, saying he’s been doing a little soul searching since the break up of the Foundation back in June and has decided that he’s going to get back to doing what he does best and that’s create champions. Much like he has done in the past with Ric Byrne, Devlin Anderson, Dave Nevada, JT Stahr among others he is going to scout the wrestling world and the WWC locker room to find the right stable of wrestlers to be the champions of tomorrow.

½ of the WWC Tag Team Champions Jimmy “Pretty Boy” Malloy would lock up with the masked sensation Eclipso in the next match with Malloy’s tag partner Violent Bob Humperdink sticking his nose into Malloy and Eclipso’s business. Malloy spent most of the match arguing with Humperdink on the outside and that cost him when he was distracted it allowed Eclipso to roll up the tag champion for the 1, 2, 3.

The match between Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth and Matt Taylor started off in controversy as Ashworth was attacked by a masked man on his way to the ring. The masked man revealed himself to be Matt Taylor, who continued his vicious assault until Astonishing Aaron Williams came ringside to break it up. Williams and Taylor exchanged words about the way Taylor was acting. Williams stayed ringside during the match to make sure Taylor wouldn’t cheat.

Taylor would go on to defeat Ashworth in a brutal match up when he provoked Williams enough that Williams attacked Taylor, causing a disqualification. The story wasn’t done yet when after intermission Taylor would show up ringside during Williams’ submission match with Terry Raines. Taylor provided enough of a distraction that Raines was able to capitalize on Williams injured shoulder for the win. Williams would have to be helped to the back after the match. More on his condition later this week.

JT Stahr successfully defended his WWC Heavyweight Championship against “The Soviet Shooter” Nikita Allanov in a hard fought match.

And in the main event, Superstar Shawn Parks defeated North American Champion Dangerous Damien Kass w/Naughtia in a brutal Halloween Casket match to win the title. Fans this match was so intense that it is being called a candidate for WWC match of the year!

We’ll be back in Aberdeen, OH on November 14, 2009 for our Six Year Anniversary Show Unbreakable 2009! Doors will open at 7pm and tickets are $8 at the door, $5 presale at the Active Care Chiropractic.

The stars of the World Wrestling Coalition are gearing up for their annual Halloween Treat as they present “Rest in Peace 2009” this coming Saturday in Aberdeen OH at the Municipal Building (99 Main Cross Street). Tickets are only $8 at the door or $5 presale (at the local Active Care Chiropractic in Downtown Maysville). Bell time is 7pm…here is a look at what will go down this coming Saturday Night!

The Main Event is set as Superstar Shawn Parks will get his last shot at the North American Championship as he faces Champion Dangerous Damien Kass (w/Naughtia) in the dreaded Halloween Casket Match! That’s right fans there must be a winner as there are no count outs, no pin falls, no DQ’s, no submissions…the only way to win is to beat your opponent into submission and place him in a real coffin and close the lid. Kass has managed to survive the last two times he has faced Parks using under handed tactics, can he pull off the win and put Parks out of contention or will Superstar Shawn Parks manage to score the win and the title?

WWC Champion JT Stahr will be in action defending his title for the first time against the returning “Soviet Shooter” Nikita Allanov. Allanov has been nothing but dominate since entering the WWC earlier this year and won’t be a token match for Stahr. Will Stahr be able to continue his title run or will Allanov score the biggest win of his WWC career to date and become WWC Champion?

WWC Tag Team Champion Jimmy “Pretty Boy” Malloy will be in singles action against the Masked Superstar Eclipso. Eclipso has been on a roll as of late but Malloy has the ever present Violent Bob Humperdink in his corner during the match. While Malloy and Humperdink haven’t seen eye to eye lately they could prove to be too much for the man from the dark side of the moon.

“Re-Enforcer” Devlin Anderson is waiting patiently for his match with Ganger, he’ll have to wait at least one more show as Ganger keeps ducking him. On Saturday Night Anderson will lock up with the newest member of the WWC roster, Ultra Mega Masked Homicide. Homicide is looking for his first win in the WWC, but he’ll have to go through a irritated Re-Enforcer to do it.

And the biggest news story to come out of the Tri-State Rumble is the fact that “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor snapped, turning his back on the fans and attacking everyone in sight with a steel chair. One of those men was Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth who won the Rumble. Ashworth has put his title shot on hold in order to meet his former friend in the middle of the ring in what is sure to be a heated contest. The normally joyful Ashworth is full of anger and plans on showing the Taylor a side of him he’s never seen, but he’ll have to face a near psychotic Taylor who has become obsessed with being the Main Event in WWC.

Plus in action…Astonishing Aaron Williams and Will Profit will address the fans on his future within the company. WWC presents Rest In Peace 09! Live Saturday Night October 24, 2009 from the Municipal Building 99 Main Cross Street Aberdeen, OH 45101. Be sure to wear your costumes because during intermission there will be Trick or Treating with WWC stars for the kids!

Long time fan favorite “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor snapped at the 2009 Tri-State Rumble. Many fans don’t understand why this happened and while Taylor has been mum on it, all signs point to his growing obsession with the WWC Heavyweight Championship and the main event slot.

Taylor first tasted the main event at TitleClash 2 coming up on the loosing end to Aaron Williams in a match for the vacant Heavyweight title. And ever since he has been with in grasp of the top spot. Recently he has been voicing displeasure with the way the company has been using him going as far as to show up unannounced at TitleClash 3 and take the Boogie Man’s spot against Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth.

A more aggressive side has been seen lately in Taylor and it has boiled to ahead. On October 24 in Aberdeen at RIP Taylor is expected to address his actions. Be there to find out and we’ll keep you updated as this story unfolds.

This past Saturday the stars of the World Wrestling Coalition participated in the first ever Aberdeen Riverfest with its 2009 Tri-State Rumble! The fans were treated to a jam-packed show that featured the marriage of WWC’s Sound Girl Extraordinaire Sara Blanton and WWC Ring Announcer V.L. Stricklett. Here is a look at what went down!

The team of “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor, Eclipso and Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth defeated the team of Eddie Gonzales, Chad Cruise and Terry Raines in exciting six man tag action!

Cody Hawk with the aid of his manager Natasha Starr defeated Devlin Anderson in the first every one on one match up between the two.

In what may be the strangest wedding ceremony ever witnessed, WWC Ring Announcer V.L. Stricklett wed WWC Sound Master Sara Blanton. The wedding saw several interruptions…including “American Idol” Dirk Extreme taking the mic to serenade the stunned couple, ring-bearer Violet Bob “losing” the rings, and finally all four officiants fighting over who would get to pronounce them man and wife. In the end, order was restored by the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen, and “Superstar” Shawn Parks finished the ceremony.

As the happy couple were leaving the ring, they were interrupted by “Dangerous” Damien Kass. Kass ran his mouth and threatened to attack the bride before being stopped by Parks.

This led to the “Match Made in Hell” as “Superstar” Shawn Parks nearly won the North American title if it weren’t for the ringside lumberjacks brawling giving champion Dangerous Damien Kass a chance to pull off a pinfall out of nowhere. After the match Parks challenged Kass one last time at RIP on October 24, 2009 in a Casket Match for the title.

And in the main event, Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth outlasted Devlin Anderson, Jimmy “Pretty Boy” Malloy, Eclipso, Jack Reno, Danny Wild, Ultra Mega Masked Homicide, Jake Omen, Dangerous Damien Kass, Dirk Extreme, Psycho, The Cursed, Chad Cruise, Dave Anderson, Eddie Gonzales, Superstar Shawn Parks, Hardcore Heather Owens, Pete News, Keith News, Jason Legend and “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor in the 2009 Tri-State Rumble to earn a shot at Any WWC Championship of his choice. He won after eliminating Taylor.

The big story here was after the match Taylor snapped in his quest to become WWC Champion and attacked Ashworth after the bell with a steel chair. When referee Steve Helpenstine tried to help he was devastated with a chair shot of his own. Taylor continued attacking people at ringside including Referee Brian Church and Jeremiah L. Young. Taylor left ringside to the jeers of the fans who have seen their hero fall into madness.

Our next show will be Saturday night October 24 in Aberdeen, OH and will be our annual Halloween Show featuring Superstar Shawn Parks taking on Dangerous Damien Kass in a casket match for the North American Championship! Bell time is 7pm, tickets are $8 at the door and $5 presale. Presale go on sale this weekend at Dr. Day’s office at the Active Care Chiropractic in Maysville, KY!

This past Saturday night at the Life Impact Church in West Union, OH the stars of the World Wrestling Coalition put on a high impact wrestling show to raise money for the Adams County Children’s Home. Here is a look at what went down.

Superstar Shawn Parks started off the show having an exhibition match with Adams County Commissioner Roger Rhonemus, the crowd was into this one but it didn’t end on good terms as North American Champion Dangerous Damien Kass and his manager Naughtia would interrupt and attack Parks, the very man Kass will face this coming weekend at the Tri-State Rumble. Rhonemus would come to Parks’ aid with steel chair in hand. After a verbal back and forth a main event was agreed on that pitted Rhonemus and Superstar Shawn Parks against Kass and Naughtia!

Matt Taylor defeated Eclipso in a solid opening bout that once again saw Taylor become more and more aggressive as the match went on, despite guest referee Will Profit‘s pleas for him to calm down.. With the fans turning against him, Taylor entered the ring and grabbed the microphone stating that he has something to prove and won’t stop until he is the WWC Heavyweight Champion. He then embraced Eclipso and the two left together with the crowd giving both men a round of applause.

Lil Hulk defeated Mr. Jacko in what can only be described as a very strange match.

“Re-Enforcer” Devlin Anderson and WWC Tag Team Champion “Pretty Boy” Jimmy Malloy locked up in a very physical match, with Anderson picking up the win following a senton bomb from the top rope.

WWC Heavyweight Champion JT Stahr defeated Dave Anderson in an exciting match. Stahr may still be under review by the Board of Directors but Stahr’s first title defense went off without a hitch.

And in the main event, the team of Roger Rhonemus & Superstar Shawn Parks defeated Dangerous Damien Kass & Naughtia in mixed tag match.

Be sure to catch out next show WWC Tri-State Rumble this Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM at the Municipal Building in Aberdeen, OH. Tickets are $5.00 at the door!

Join us at The Aberdeen Municipal Building in Aberdeen, OH on October 10, 2009 at 2:00 PM in the afternoon as the World Wrestling Coalition presents the 2nd Annual Tri-State Rumble at the first ever Riverfest Event! And what a show this one is shaping up to be!!

The 2nd ever Tri-State Rumble will take place. This will feature wrestlers from all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky landscape competing for a guaranteed title shot in the next six months. Two men will start it off and every 60 seconds a new man will enter until only one man is standing! Last year Big Kahuna Kenny Lucas outlasted 43 other wrestlers to go on to win the WWC Championship at King of Extreme 2008! Will this be a breakout year for a longtime WWC wrestler or will this be the biggest win of a newcomers career that could thrust him into the spotlight.

Plus “A Match Made in Heaven” will take place as we are proud to announce that our ring announcer “The Mastermind” V.L. Stricklett will wed longtime girlfriend and WWC Soundgirl Sara Blanton right in the middle of the ring and the entire WWC fan base is invited! You can’t miss this!

And a “Match made in Hell” will round out the event as Superstar Shawn Parks gets a second chance at long time enemy and North American Champion Dangerous Damien Kass in a Lumberjack match. This is to keep DDK from doing what he did at TitleClash 3 and bailing in the middle of the match. Each man will get to handpick 10 lumberjacks to come to ringside with them. If a wrestler is thrown to the outside or tries to escape, its up to the lumberjacks to get them back in the ring by any means necessary!

Plus in action…”Shooting Star” Matt Taylor, Devlin Anderson, Cody Hawk, WWC Tag Champions The Penthouse Playboys, Lil Hulk, Eclipso and all your WWC Favorites.

Tickets are only $5 and can be bought at the door or picked up at Maysville Active Care Chiropractic. Bell time is 2:00 PM and this is part of the Riverfest event so make sure to check out all the festivities.

WWC: TitleClash 3 – Aberdeen, OH – 9/12/09

Fans, this past Saturday night in Aberdeen, OH we saw what is being called one of the best events of 2009,“TitleClash 3”. All titles were on the line and new enemies were born…here is a look at what went down.

V.L. Stricklett announced that the Flag vs. Flag match between Lil Hulk and Kaden Assad would not take place at TitleClash 3, but that Lil Hulk’s open challenge to Nikita Allanov, Assad or any other American hating wrestler to face him in a Flag match still stood. Hulk came to the ring to face Boogie Man Classic but out of nowhere Matt Taylor attacked Boogie Man and grabbed the microphone.

Taylor was upset for being left off the card, since at TitleClash 2 last year he was wrestling in the main event. Taylor then injected himself into the match and would face Lil Hulk one on one. The match was high impact and back and forth with the crowd choosing sides early on. Taylor would show an aggressive side that turned the fans against him rather quickly but would score him the pin fall victory. Taylor would then win the crowd’s respect back over when he would embrace Lil Hulk after the match.

Up next, while V.L. Stricklett was about to announce the next show dates Ganger hit the ring. He proceeded to gloat about his break out year that was 2009. Ganger claimed he knew what his destiny in the WWC was, he was to the hero the fans needed…not the one they wanted. So he made it his goal to take apart the wrestlers that the fans cheered for. The wrestlers that the fans worshiped would fall at his feet. He had already retired Big Kahuna Kenny Lucas earlier that year and at Fate 09 he helped cause the injury that shelved Dave Nevada. He said his next target would be one of the pillars of the WWC, Devlin Anderson. This brought Anderson out and the two began to brawl all over the Municipal Building. It took referees, staff and security to finally break it up, but the message was clear…these two men would have to face each other in the future.

The Worlds Most Unlikely Tag Team Champions, “Pretty Boy” Jimmy Malloy and his manager Violent Bob Humperdink took on Bad News in an exciting tag team match. Bad News came ready to win the belts and at many times through out the match had the titles within grasp, but VB Humperdink would lay his hands on the referee and get intentionally DQ’d, thus keeping the titles on the Playboys. However as Bad News continued to attack Malloy, Bob would take his belt and leave, stating Malloy doesn’t listen and needs to learn his lesson.

Mixed Tag Team Action was next as the team of Kara Kildare and the Masked Sensation Eclipso defeated Hardcore Heather Owens & Eddie Gonzeles when Kildare scored a surprise pinfall on Gonzales. The feud between Kildare and Owens will continue for another day.

After intermission, V.L. Stricklett (aka The Mastermind) was set to take us back to live action, but said that he had a very special announcement first. Stricklett called WWC’s Sound Engineer, Sara Blanton to the ring, and the two announced that they will be getting married on October 10th…in the ring at WWC: Tri-State Rumble!

Two former friends and tag team partners locked up in a bitter battle as Terry Raines returned after a year on the shelf and a year watching his partner become the most popular wrestler in the company. Raines was enraged at Aaron Williams’ success. In what is being called a MOTY candidate, Raines got to laugh last when he shocked everyone by pinning his former friends shoulder’s to the mat for a three count. Terry Raines scored and upset in Aberdeen, but this war is far from over.

Superstar Shawn Parks in many fans eyes after this past Saturday Night should be the North American Champion. But Dangerous Damien Kass and his main squeeze Naughtia literally walked away with the belt, getting counted out in the process, after a very brutal and physical match. Rumors is that a rematch between these two will be announced in the coming days possibly for the October 10th show in Aberdeen?

And in the main event JT Stahr faced WWC Champion Cody Hawk for the title. The two would hold nothing back. Each man performed at the top of their game and countered every move thrown at one another. The end would be surrounded in heated debate, as the two men locked each other in a double pin and referee Steve Helpenstine would make the three count. As Cody and Stahr each celebrated, Helpenstine would take over the decision with the announcer and it was announced that Stahr got his shoulder up first, thus becoming the NEW WWC Champion!

Stahr celebrated with family and friends after the match as Hawk protested but as of this moment Stahr is the WWC Champion. The tape is being reviewed by the board of directors and WWC President Patrick Black but the final say as of now belongs to the head refereee. We congratulate Stahr on becoming a two time WWC Champion.

Fans join us back in Aberdeen on October 10th for the Tri-State Rumble as part of Riverfest 09. The show is a special 2:00pm show with admission set at $5. We’ll also be at the Life Impact Church on October 3 for a Fundraiser for the Adam’s County Children’s Home in West Union, OH at 7pm. Tickets for that are $5.

Stay tuned right here for updates.
