BHB 2010 Lineup – Cody Hawk to Face “Superstar” Shawn Parks
In a message from the WWC Executive Committee today, it was revealed that Cody Hawk’s opponent for WWC’s Broken Hearts Bash this Saturday was to be none other than the current WWC North American champion, “Superstar” Shawn Parks!
In the statement, the WWC Executive Committee acknowledged that WWC Heavyweight Champion JT Stahr’s upcoming tour of Thailand and Japan prevented Cody Hawk from receiving a title shot this Saturday, the Committee offering this title opportunity as a replacement. When reached for comment, Hawk had little to say that could be printed here. His opponent, however, was much more talkative. Parks had this to say:
“Everyone knows that I’ve had an open contract to defend this title at any time, against any one. Despite Cody Hawk’s attitude and tactics, he’s still one of the top wrestlers in the United States. I look forward to meeting him in the ring for the first time.”
This might not end the controversy between Hawk and Stahr, but it does add an exciting matchup that WWC fans have never seen!
That wasn’t the end of the changes the Executive Committee had for the show – they also stated that the previously announced match between Aaron Williams and Matt Taylor would now take on the 2 Out Of 3 Falls stipulation! This means that the rivalry between Williams and Taylor which created the 2009 Match Of The Year will now have one wrestler with a decisive edge, as the winner will have to pin or submit their opponent TWICE to claim the victory!
Add this to a title defense by WWC Tag Team Champions International Incident, the Solar Powers (w/Will Profit) in tag action, Devlin Anderson vs. Ganger plus favorites such as Jimmy Malloy and other appearing and you have a great night of wrestling action to heat up the cold weather we’ve had recently! Head out live to see who will go home broken hearted this Saturday February 13th in Aberdeen, OH when WWC presents Broken Hearts Bash 2010!

WWC Champion to Tour Thailand and Japan
The Executive Committee of the World Wrestling Coalition is pleased to announce that the current WWC Heavyweight Champion, JT Stahr, has been invited to defend the WWC Heavyweight Title across a 3 month tour in Thailand and Japan!
Details are currently being negotiated for the events, which will take place between the beginning of February and the end of April. The WWC expects to be able to announce the dates, locations and opponents against which JT is scheduled to defend shortly. The WWC also hope to be able to collect footage of the matches for presentation at WWC shows in the near future. This does change the scheduled main event for WWC’s Broken Hearts Bash on February 13th, as JT’s tour will conflict with that date, leaving Cody Hawk currently without an opponent at that show. Don’t worry about that, fans, as the WWC Executive Committee have promised to announce a new opponent for Cody Hawk and a new Main Event in the next few days.
Look for more information about this exciting development at www.wwcweb.com and the official WWC MySpace page!

WWC Presents “Resolution 2010″ on 1/09/10
Fans, WWC intends to start the New Year off in a big way when they
present WWC Resolution on January 9th, 2010! Held in our home venue at the Aberdeen Municipal Building, we have one of the biggest main events in recent history headed your way: current WWC Champion JT Stahr will take on the man he beat for the title, Cody Hawk, in a 2 Out Of 3 Falls match! The Executive Committee heard a complaint from Hawk that Stahr’s victory came when Hawk’s shoulder was off of the mat – and have determined that this match will end the controversy once and for all!
But that’s not the end of the excitement on this show, folks – Matt Taylor will be facing Aaron Williams again in singles action! Will Matt’s newfound manager Violent Bob prove a factor in this match, or will Aaron once again overcome the odds to pin the man he beat in 2008′s Match of the Year pairing?
After months of ducking, Ganger has been ordered to face Devlin Anderson, the partner of the most recent casualty in Ganger’s one man war against the “pillars of the WWC”. Devlin’s anger at the loss of his friend Dave Nevada has only increased as he’s faced opponent after opponent, waiting for his chance to get his hands on Ganger – the building may not be strong enough to contain this grudge match!
We’ll be seeing plenty of your other favorite WWC stars in action, as Will Profit leads the Solar Powers into another tag team encounter, International Incident defend their Tag Team gold, “Superstar” Shawn Parks continues his series of open challenges and MORE as WWC presents Resolution at the Aberdeen Municipal Building, 99 Main Cross St, Aberdeen OH 45101. Doors open at 6:00, Bell time is at 7:00 for the first of many hot shows from the WWC in 2010! WWC: Winter of Discontent – Aberdeen, OH – 12/05/09
This past Saturday in Aberdeen, the World Wrestling Coalition proved once again why it is the best promotion in all of Ohio today as it brought its unique blend of family friendly high impact entertainment to a hot crowd on a cold December night. Here is a look at what went down.
The first match of the night saw 1/2 the former WWC Tag Team Champions Jimmy Malloy defeat the rookie upstart Ultra Mega Masked Homicide with his new finisher The One Night Stand (snowplow). During the match, Malloy’s tag partner/manager Violent Bob Humperdink came to ringside upset that Malloy had taken a singles match over a tag match. Humperdink had his arm in a sling due to his “injury” at the hands of International Incident in November. After the match the two would engage in a shouting match that would push Malloy to clothesline his now former manager to the canvas and proclaim himself the only member of the Penthouse Playboys and he would be known as “The Playboy” Jimmy Malloy from that day forward.
After Malloy had left the ring, Matt Taylor showed up and forced Humperdink into the corner asking who Humperdink was. As Violent Bob tried to answer Taylor would began slapping Humperdink. Again and again, Taylor would abuse Humperdink when he would try to answer the question “Who are you?”. It wasn’t until Humperdink snapped and shoved Taylor that it became quite clear that Taylor was trying to bring out the former malicious side of Humperdink that fans haven’t seen since he joined up with the Playboys. Taylor and Humperdink would leave together crossing the path of the next wrestler on deck…
Dangerous Damien Kass (w/Naughtia) defeated Mr. Jacko in dominating fashion. Kass however would not be done for the night.
In tag team action the new tag team of Eclipso & Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth alongside manager Will Profit dubbed themselves The Solar Powers with a win over veteran tag team Bad News.
Devlin Anderson scored another win over the debuting Princeton Travis after a Re-Enforcement Spinbuster.
The Canadian Terror Terry Raines came to the ring to address what he felt was a slight on the part of the WWC in the fact that foreigners have never been represented in the North American Division even though it includes Mexico and Canada. Raines would challenge North American Champion Superstar Shawn Parks in an exciting back and forth match that would see Raines nearly walk away with the title but in the end The Champion walked away with the win and kept the title around his waist.
Matt Taylor finally received his title shot in the main event slot against JT Stahr but things did not go The Dark Star’s way when Dangerous Damien Kass attack Taylor then Stahr leaving both men laying cold and him standing in the ring with the belt above his head. Taylor picked up the win via DQ but JT Stahr keeps the title.
Join us again on January 9 when we are back in Aberdeen, OH for Resolution 2010!
WWC Presents Winter of Discontent ’09 This Saturday Night
This Saturday night, The World Wrestling Coalition returns to Aberdeen, Ohio when we present Winter of Discontent at 7:00 PM at The Municipal Building. 99 Main Cross Street. Aberdeen, OH. 45101.
That’s right folks, once again, the WWC brings to you some of the best talent in wrestling today all under one roof for the last show of 2009.
Matt Taylor has been sowing his own brand of chaos across the WWC over the past months, leaving a trail of victims in his wake. His recent and heinous attack on senior official Big Steve H. left the the fan favorite referee with injuries serious enough to cause a medical leave of absence. Well it seems that forcing people to take notice of him has worked out well for Taylor, as this Saturday he answers the challenge of reigning WWC Heavyweight Champion JT Stahr. The Metric Mandingo himself asked for this match putting his title on the line to ensure that Taylor would not refuse.
And it’s the grudge match that’s been brewing since this spring. This satuday, Ganger’s crusade to take out those he calls “the pillars of WWC” comes into direct conflict with the Re-Enforcer Devlin Anderson. Ever since the chain wielding villain, Ganger, ended the career of The Big Kahuna Kenny Lucas and put Dave Nevada on the shelf, Devlin Anderson has been chomping at the bit to get his measure of revenge. Fans there is a lot of bad blood between these men, and this match promises to be brutal display for the ages.
What’s the situation with the Penthouse Playboys? Multiple incidents of poor teamwork and differing attitudes have plagued the duo of Pretty Boy Jimmy Malloy and Violent Bob over the course of the last months, leading to their loss of the Tag Team Titles in a very unsportsmanlike manner. Not much more than heated words have passed between the former champs since their defeat at Unbreakable. Couple that with the fact that Pretty Boy Jimmy Malloy has requested to compete alone in a singles match and that leaves us wondering what exactly to expect for the future of The Penthouse Playboys. Will they pull it together and leave the mistakes of the past behind them? Well fans, the only way to find out is in Aberdeen this coming saturday night!
Also at “Winter Of Discontent” will be the official debut of the tag team of Lil’ Hulk Jake Ashworth and the Masked Sensation Eclipso under the guidance of Will Profit. Profit has promised big things for this new alliance and his words are put to the test as they face off against the veteran team of Bad News
Plus you will see in action such great WWC stars like,
* Dangerous Damian Kass (DDK) w/ Naughtia. The Dangerous One is just that, now more than ever, as he is determined to regain gold
* North American Strong Style Champion Superstar Shawn Parks. The man who has represented WWC since day one, stands ready to defend his title belt against all comers. Who will test their mettle against the Superstar?
* Terry Raines. His actions have marked him as a calculating opportunist, out only for himself with no regard for who he steps on in his quest for greatness.
All this as well as a pre-show benefit toy drive for the Shriners Burn Institute that includes a special Question and Answer session with some of your favorite (and least favorite) WWC stars.

WWC: Unbreakable – Aberdeen, OH – 11/14/09
This past Saturday Night the stars of the World Wrestling Coalition celebrated their sixth anniversary with a red hot Aberdeen crowd with “Unbreakable 2009”! It was another big event full of twist and turns and shocks and surprises that high light just why the WWC is at the top of Southern Ohio Wrestling!
The night began with Matt Taylor coming out of nowhere to interrupt ring announcer V.L. Stricklett’s pre-show hype to announce that his opponent for the night Astonishing Aaron Williams would not be making it due to “car trouble”. Taylor went on to say he had a new opponent, some one who would help him show off why he was THE MAIN EVENT in the WWC. That young man turned out to be WWC Camp trainee Jason Legend from Hollywood, CA.
While Legend looked good in the early stages of the match, Taylor quickly dominated the match and picked up a ruthless victory. Taylor continued the assault after the match trying to end the new comer’s short career but that led to ‘The Re-Enforcer” Devlin Anderson to hit the ring to make the save. Anderson grabbed the house microphone and challenged Taylor for a one on one match later in the night.
Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth defeated The Masked Sensation Eclipso in an exciting back and forth match that saw many near falls. After the match Will Profit came to the ring and united the duo as a tag team under his guidance. Will this new trio make their presence felt on December 5 at Winter of Discontent?
Hardcore Heather Owens defeated Mr. Jacko in an inter-gender match.
WWC Tag Team Champions The Penthouse Playboys’ unlikely reign as champions came to an end Saturday night as they lost the belts to the new team of International Incident (Nikita Allanov & Eddie Gonzales). Gonzales and Allanov did a great job of wearing down Jimmy Malloy until it was just Violent Bob Humperdink who stood in the ring facing them. While threatening to hurt Humperdink, Violent Bob decided it would be easier to just give up and thus new champions where crowned.
New North American Champion Superstar Shawn Parks gave out an open challenge for his title and it was answered by newcomer and WWC Camp wrestler Jack Reno. Reno looked very impressive in his singles debut almost winning the title thanks in part to Parks not being 100% from that brutal casket match just two weeks ago. But Parks proved why he is the master of his game and one Whirl-Whirl 3 later he had retained the championship.
Parks was recovering when he was attacked from behind by the man he defeated for the title, Dangerous Damien Kass who demanded a rematch right then and there. Kass and Naughtia continued the assault until WWC Champion JT Stahr hit the ring to throw down the challenge to Kass to meet him in the ring one on one later tonight for the WWC Championship.
In what is being called the Match of the Year, Devlin Anderson faced Matt Taylor in a grueling 20 Minute Draw. Each man are on their way up the ladder in the WWC and have stepped up their in ring game and this match showcased that. Fans you need to buy the Unbreakable DVD when it hit’s the streets if not for anything but to see this match.
And in the main event, JT Stahr proved why his is the king of the hill in the WWC when he defeated Dangerous Damien Kass to retain the championship after a miscommunication between Kass and his manager Naughtia led to Stahr getting the pinfall.
Just when you thought the show was over, Matt Taylor returned to the ring out of nowhere and attacked referee Steve Helpenstine who had put Taylor in his place twice earlier in the show. Taylor’s assault of Helpenstine would have continued if not for Devlin Anderson. Helpenstine is said to be injured and is facing time on the shelf in the WWC. More on this as it develops.
Fans thank you for joining us for Unbreakable 2009 and be sure to be there on December 5, 2009 in Aberdeen, OH for Winter of Discontent !
Celebrate Six Years of WWC Wrestling this Saturday in Aberdeen, OH
This coming Saturday night at the Municipal Building in Aberdeen, OH the World Wrestling Coalition will be celebrating its sixth year in business with a jam packed show! Here is a look at what will be going down!
It will be an International Incident as a new tag team featuring two very Anti-American wrestlers Eddie Gonzales and “The Soviet Shooter” Nikita Allanov challenge for the WWC Tag Team Championship as they face Champions Jimmy “Pretty Boy” Malloy and Violent Bob Humperdink. While we haven’t seen Gonzales and Allanov in action together before they have both been allied with Damien Kass in the past and are no strangers and with Humperdink and Malloy at odds lately will we see new champions?
They’ve been friends, they’ve been tag partners but Saturday night they’ll be facing each other one on one to see just who is the best. The Masked Sensation Eclipso will lock up with Lil Hulk Jake Ashworth one on one this Saturday.
For fans who were at RIP last month, you saw the blow up between Astonishing Aaron Williams and Matt Taylor. On Saturday Night, they’ll meet one on one for the first time since winning Match of the Year in 2008! The Angelic Assassin and the self proclaimed “Main Event” will collide with bad blood between the two men.
Superstar Shawn Parks won the North American Championship in a grueling Casket Match last month in Aberdeen and is set to defend it against the Canadian Terror Terry Raines. Raines has been on a roll with back to back victories over Aaron Williams in the last two months and plans on adding to his record with a win over Parks and picking up his first singles title in WWC. Can he do it or will Parks come out of the gate swinging on his first title defense?
Plus in Action!!! WWC Heavyweight Champion JT Stahr, Dave Anderson, “The Re-Enforcer” Devlin Anderson, Dangerous Damien Kass and more!!!
